Sie besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer und einem etwa gleichgroßen Wohnzimmer. Beide Zimmer sind miteinander verbunden. Dazu hat sie Wohnung noch eine Art halben Raum im Flur der getrennt für Yoga, Workouts und Meditation genutzt werden kann.
In der Umgebung findet man alles was das Herz begehrt von Café, Second Hand Shops, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Die Straße wurde zur Fahrradstraße umgebaut und ist seitdem herrlich ruhig.
Eine Besichtigung ist jederzeit möglich.

I am offering my beautiful Neukölln (Atlbau) apartment in the heart of Weserstraße for subletting while I am in Latin America.

Lage
The street Weserstraße is a street full of cafes, restaurants, shops and "Spätis"... Everything you're looking for you will find here. You are in the center of "Kreuzkölln", the boarder between Neukölln and Kreuzberg. The neighborhood is very lively and has everything you need.
