A beautiful and cozy apartment is available in Neukolln!
The place is slightly above 50sqm, has a living room / kitchen very nicely furnished, and a large bedroom with a small balcony. The ceilings are really tall and the flat is very bright, so overall it feels very airy. Dozens of plants are going to be your flatmates, so if you have a green thumb it would definitely be a plus!
It has all the comforts you might need. The kitchen is provided with all necessary tools for your cooking nights (plus a brand-new food processor that allows you to do all sorts of things), and in the flat there are even two projectors for watching movies and series: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. In the toilet, there's a washing machine with drying function included for making your laundries easy to manage :)
Despite being very close to Hermannstrasse, the place is really well isolated and therefore really quiet. In front of the building (and facing the bedroom) there's a really nice graveyard/park, making it very quiet during the night (and even a pretty view).
The neighbours are very respectful and quiet, and you won't have problems with them :)
The location is just perfect: it's a few meters away from U8 Leinestrasse (which links you directly to the cool parts of Kreuzberg and to Alexanderplatz - less cool, but good for reaching other places), and just 10 minutes walk away from the Ringbahn station Hermanstrasse. It's very close to Schillerkietz, a lovely area of Neukolln with plenty of nice cafes, bars and restaurants. Lots of nice places are even in the flat's neighborhood (but we will send you a list of all the suggested places around here).
One of the best things about the area is how much green there's around: Tempelhofer Feld is just a few minutes walk away, Heisenheide Park can be reached very quickly, and Kornerpark is just around the corner.
