Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, obwohl sie mitten an der Karl-Marx-Straße liegt (Ausrichtung zum 2. Hinterhof). Sie liegt im 4. OG und ist sehr hell.
Fußläufig befinden sich Supermärkte, Späties, Restaurants, Post und Parks und das Tempelhofer Feld liegt auch nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also alles was man braucht. Die U-Bahn-Station Karl-Marx-Straße liegt direkt vor der Tür und bis zur S-Bahn Station Neukölln ist es eine Station mit der U-Bahn oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Supermarkets, Späties, restaurants, post office and parks are within walking distance and the Tempelhofer Feld is also only a 20-minute walk away, so everything you need.
