[2 weeks from 12 March] Cozy and warm 65sqm Altbau apartment in Schillerkiez

I am traveling for 2 weeks from 12 March to 26 March 2023 and my amazing apartment in Schillerkiez is available!

--- APARTMENT ---
The non-smoking apartment is about 65sqm, Altbau with nice wooden floors and high ceilings. There is a nearly brand-new kitchen with a table for two to have breakfast, a dishwasher, washer/dryer combination, gas stove, oven, big American-style fridge, and a little pantry.

The bathroom has a bathtub, all new black fittings, and a window to the backyard.

The living room offers a lot of space for dining for up to 6 people and a cozy couch area with flat-screen TV (with lots of streaming services!).

Entering the bedroom, there is a big queen-sized (160cm) natural-wood bedframe, and a desk for one that can be used to work from home. The large windows open to a spacious balcony overlooking Schillerpromenade with a cozy bench to chill out. There is also some space to store clothes, etc.

The apartment is very quiet, neighbors are nice but private. It is overlooking Schillerpromenade which has very little traffic, especially during the night. The size is ideal for one person or a couple.

Heating is controlled via a thermostat and can be programmed to your liking.

There is a small security deposit of 200 Euro which will be returned after the rental period.

--- VIEWING ---
The apartment can be seen via online viewing (video call), video of the entire apartment is available upon request. After expression of interest, the apartment can be viewed in person as well.
