The apartment is situated on the ground floor at the back of the building and was completely renovated in 2018. Because the flat is in the back of the building you are well-guarded from the sometimes noisy and lively Sonnenallee.

You enter the apartment in a small hallway equipped with a wardrobe and a mirror.

You can enter the bathroom if you go directly right. The bathroom is equipped with large white tiles at the walls, black tiles on the floor, a bath tub and a washing machine.

If you go straight from the hallway you will enter the big living room, which is connected with a small kitchen area. You will find a large dining table and enough equipment to host 10 people easily. The living room also has a couch that can used to host guests or relax and watch TV.

Next to the living room you will find a small room, which connects the living room with the bed room. I use this room as a small office room, allowing you to work outside of the living room or the bedroom.

The bedroom has 140x200 bed with enough bed sheets and pillows for two people. For storing your clothes there are two clothing rails with hangers.
