My name is Florian and I am renting out my apartment for 700€ starting Saturday May 4th to Monday May 20th. I will be abroad during this period of time.

I am looking for a reliable person, who will be respectful with my flat, furniture and its equipment so I would not have to worry about anything while I am away.

The flat is situated between Rathaus Neukölln and Landwehrkanal in a typical turn of the century building. Forth and top floor (no elevator), so no noise from above but a lot of light and view from every window and the balcony. The flat has original details as wooden flooring, high ceilings with stucco, a chimney, wooden doors and windows with brass handles. The whole flat was completely renovated two years ago and has a modern bathroom with rain shower, handmade tiles and marble details. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooktop, dishwasher and laundry machine/dryer and has marble countertops and an exposed brick wall.

I renovated, decorated and furnished the apartment myself and I think of it very much as my home. So I am looking for someone, who will value this special place as I do and will be respectful of it.
