Parks in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Thomashöhe, Lessinghöhe, Tempelhofer Feld). Auch verschiedene Supermärkte (Rewe, Biocompany, Aldi) innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Samstags ausgezeichneter Markt im Schillerkiez (ebenfalls maximal 7 Gehminuten entfernt).
Neukölln bietet ein großes Angebot an Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, sowie belebten Plätzen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt allerdings sehr ruhig.
