Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung wird als Kurzzeit-Miete an liebe Menschen vermietet, die Berlin unsicher machen oder auch einfach nur entspannt Neukölln kennenlernen wollen.
Die helle Küche und ein gemütliches Gäste-Schlafzimmer mit Schlafcouch (2 Schlafplätze) gehen Richtung Osten raus zum Innenhof, weshalb man trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig schläft. Das zweite Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein großzügiges Doppelbett und einen Balkon mit - yes! - Hängematte und Sitzmöglichkeiten. In dem frisch sanierten Bad gibt's auch eine Badewanne :) Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung selbstverständlich über alles, was man so braucht: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger…
Bei der angegebenen Miete von 1100 € handelt es sich um die Monatsmiete für die gesamte Wohnung. Es ist aber auch möglich nur ein Zimmer zu mieten. Miete kleines Zimmer: 400 €, großes Zimmer 650 €. Bei Fragen einfach melden.

Dear all, subletting my beautiful apartment in Neukölln from 07. Feb 2024 to 20. March 2024. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with a cozy sleeping couch. There is a balcony, a bright kitchen and modern bathroom with a bathtub, oh yeah. Fully furnished with everything one might need. Rent per month 1050 € for the whole apartment, OR small single room 400 €, big single room 650 €. Let me know if you have any questions.

Die Nogatstraße ist eine süße Nebenstraße der Herrmannstraße, nette Wohngegend in absoluter Kiezlage zwischen Schillerkiez, Tempelhofer Feld und Körnerpark. Unschlagbare Gegend! S- und U-Bahn sind unmittelbar fußläufig. Gastronomie und Bars von altberliner Kneipe bis Austern Bar, man braucht locker 3 Wochen um sich durch alles durchgefuttert zu haben;)

Amazing location in the center of Neukölln, close to S Herrmanstraße but in a quiet street. Lots of restaurants and bars, close to Schiller Kiez an Tempelhofer Feld.
Es handelt sich um eine Kurzzeit-Miete (SHORT TERM RENTAL!), idealerweise für den angegebenen Zeitraum, genaue Daten können bei Bedarf natürlich abgestimmt werden.
