Flat in Neukölln-Körnerkiez with balcony

Ich werde für 5 Monate im Ausland sein und vermiete daher meine vollausgestatete wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im vierten Stock im Körnerkiez mit Balkon. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Pärchen oder single. Die Wohnung wird mit voller Ausstatung einschließlich Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierer, aber auch Beamer, Musiksystem und großen Bildschirm für Laptops übergeben. Da ich ebenfalls hochwerte Sofa und Sessel bitte ich um eine Kaution von 3000 Euro, die nicht verhandelbar ist. Ich bitte dies zu berücksichtigen.

Die Wohnung hat zwei große Zimmer. Schlafzimmer mit Abendsonne und Wohnzimmer mit Morgen und Mittagsonne. Da es sich um den vierten Stock handelt, hat man durch den Balkon täglich Sonne, sowie einen schönen Blick auf den Himmel. Obwohl es die Parallelstraße von der Herrmannstraße ist, liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir sind gut befreundet mit den Nachbarn und stehen im konstanten Austausch.

Der Kiez hat wunderschöne Cafes, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie direkten Zugang zum Tempfelhofer Feld. Die Haltestellen Herrmannstr sind 7 Minuten und Leinestr. 3 Minuten entfernt.

Ich suche sehr zuverlässige Leute, die auf meine Sachen acht geben und respektvoll sind. Dafür bekommt ihr eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen von Neukölln. Ich bitte in den Betreff eurer Bewerbung - SUN - zu schreiben, damit ich sichergehen kann, dass ihr die Bedingungen für die Wohnung gelesen habt. Aufgrund von extrem vielen Anfragen, kann ich somit sinnvoller selektieren. :) Bitte schickt mir eine kurze Beschreibung von euch/dir, sowie die üblichen Dokumente, die in Berlin bei einer Wohnung vorliegen sollte.

I will be abroad for 5 months and therefore rent my fully furnished beautiful old building apartment on the fourth floor in the Körnerkiez with balcony. The apartment is ideal for couples or single. The apartment will be handed over with full equipment including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, but also projector, music system and large screen for laptops. Since I also high quality sofa and armchairs I ask for a deposit of 3000 euros, which is not negotiable. I ask to take this into account.

The apartment has two large rooms. Bedroom with evening sun and living room with morning and midday sun. Since it is the fourth floor, you have sun every day through the balcony, as well as a beautiful view of the sky. Although it is the parallel street from Herrmann street, the apartment is very quiet. We are good friends with the neighbors and are in constant exchange.

The neighborhood has wonderful cafes, several shopping opportunities, as well as direct access to Tempfelhofer Feld. The stops Herrmannstr are 7 minutes and Leinestr. 3 minutes away.

I am looking for very reliable people who will take care of my things and be respectful. In return you will get a beautiful apartment in the heart of Neukölln.
