Weil ich zwei Jahre nach Wien zum studieren ziehe (ab März 2023), möchte ich meine Berlin-Wohnung gerne gegen eine Wohnung oder WG-Zimmer in Wien tauschen.
Entweder für erstmal ein Semester oder länger - lass uns quatschen.

Mein Wohnung ist eine charmante 2-Zimmerwohnung zum zur einen Seite zum Innenhof zur anderen Seite mit Blick auf die Sonnenalle, Innerhalb des Rings im angesagten Neukölln gelegen. Nah am Kanal und nicht weit weg vom Tempelfeld, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und 11 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn. Dielenboden, Altbaufenster, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, großes Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Spülmaschine. Die Nachmittagssonne scheint immer direkt rein und versüßt dir den sonst so grauen Winter.
