We're going traveling and we're looking to sublet our beautiful flat for 3.5 months from mid-December to the end of March.
No pets and no kids please (as agreed with the owner).
The costs do NOT include heating, that will be added in the end based on your consumption.
We're also kindly asking for 1 month rent deposit.
The flat has been renovated 2years ago and is quiet as it is in the back building, on the last floor. The flat is a big open space with a separate bedroom. There are 2 desks + screens, perfect for remote working. The fire place can be used, but you would need to get some wood - great way to save on the heating costs!
We're looking forward to hearing from you if you believe our flat could be a good fit.
