Es werden 2 Zimmer vermietet, ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof. Dazu besitzt die Wohnung ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine Küche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und funktionsfähig inklusive Wasch- und Spülmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Bettbezüge und Handtücher sind da. Unser Beamer mit Bluetooth Boxen kann genutzt werden.
As we are travelling from 16.01-04.03.2024, we are renting out our beautiful and cosy flat in the heart of the Schillerkiez in Neukölln.
There are 2 rooms for rent, a large living room and a quiet bedroom facing the backyard. In addition, the flat has a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional including washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. You can use our Beamer and the Bluetooth Sound in the living room
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Herrfurthplatz mitten im Schillerkiez von Neukölln.
Das wunderbare Tempelhofer Feld und die Hasenheide erreicht ihr in 5min, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür und öffentlicher Nahverkehr ebenso. Der lebendige Schillerkiez bietet zahlreiche Restaurants mit leckeren Küchen aus aller Welt.
The flat is located on Herrfurthplatz in the middle of the Schillerkiez district of Neukölln.
The wonderful Tempelhofer Feld and the Hasenheide can be reached in 4 minutes, shopping facilities are right on the doorstep and so is public transport. The lively Schillerkiez offers numerous cafes and restaurants with delicious cuisine from all over the world.
Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für Paare oder eine Person. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt wird aber von uns normalerweise mit unserer Katze bewohnt und ist für starke Katzenhaar Allergiker möglicherweise nicht so geeignet.
Es besteht eine freundliche Hausgemeinschaft , bitte keine Party People, in der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht.

The flat is best suited for couples or one person. The flat is very clean and well maintained but we normally live with our cat and may not be suitable for those with severe cat hair allergies.
There is a friendly house community, please no party people, there is no smoking in the flat.
