I will be traveling for 3 weeks and would like to sublet my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Neukölln during this time.
The apartment has a big, fully equipped kitchen, where you can sit comfortably with a few people. The bathroom is pretty big, equipped with 2 sinks, a shower and a bathtub. Washing machine and a dishwasher are available as well.
The bedroom and living room are both over 20sqm and comfortably furnished. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard and is super quiet.
Last but not least: There's also a balcony, facing Weserstr.
The apartment is - although in the middle of Neukölln - quietly located on the corner of Treptower Str. / Weserstr. It's a relaxed residential area, the Landwehrkanal and Treptower Park are just around the corner. There are many hip cafes restaurants, and bars within walking distance. If you walk down Weserstraße you end up in the middle of Neukölln's nightlife.

This is my private home, so I'd like to rent it to someone who will take care of it as if it were their own for the time they are there :) It will be amazing if you can water my plants while I'm away.
Important note: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and outside.
