Hello!
I am looking for someone to stay in my cozy and bright apartment in Neukölln.
The dates would be from 7th of February - 16th of March. Short term!
But you can stay just for a month, if it's necessary. We can discuss it! :)
About the flat:
It is perfect for a person or couples that really care about their homes!
The apartment is super cozy, very well equipped in every room, it has a good Sound-system, and it's bright. It's decorated with lots of instruments (feel free to play them), art books and plants. Lots of them!
So here is the big condition that i would like to add: If anyone out there have interested in the flat, you need to understand and care about plants. You don't need to be an expert, but just have a bit of feeling for the thing. :)
In the pictures, the trees are way greener than now, of course.
I took them during the summer. In case you want to see more, i can send more pictures, no problem.
About you:
A respectful, calm and friendly person. And that understands about plants!

It's located in Reuterkiez! Close to hermannplatz station! - So, you can consider that is one of the best regions of town (if your thing are neighborhoods like neukölln, of course) -
Full of bars, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, spätis and blablabla.
It's very good!
The price is 1.000 per month! If you stay more or less days, we can discuss it and see the price proportionaly. But i am looking at least for a whole month.
And, sorry, but NO Anmeldung :(
