I'm subleting my cosy big flat from *May 23 to July 1 2024* while I'm travelling. I'm looking for someone very responsable, calm and who takes care of my apartment and specially my plants.
The flat is on the 4th floor, with 1 spacious bedroom, 1 big living room with a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is sunny and all the rooms are very spacious apart from the bathroom. You can see everything in the photos. The flat is ideal for one person or for a couple with no pets.
The flat has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equiped with washing machine, dish washer, water boiler, toaster, milk foamer, mokka for coffee, coffee grinder, air fryer and etc.
The bedroom is very spacious and has a 140 x 200 bed.
The wi-fi works perfectly and it's really fast.
The flat in located in a very central part of Neukölln with a lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets around. There are busses just 2 minutes away from the buildings door and the S Sonnenalle and S Neukölln are just 6 minutes walking distance. The subway line U7 (Neukölln station) is just 8 minutes walking distance. From my flat you are everywhere in the city in around maximal 30 minutes.
Close-by supermarkets: Penny, Netto, Aldi, Kaufland, Denns Bio Market
Restaurants: There are plenty of optionS in the Karl Marx Straße
Bars: Plenty of options in walking distance
Close-by parks: Körnerpark, Thomashöhe, Tempelhofer Feld (30 minutes walking distance)
I'm looking for someone calm and extremly responsable with my apartment. The person should also be a plant lover and basically not kill my plants ;)
Neighbours: The neighbours are really nice and we have a telegram group together where we help each other and exchange.
Unfortunatly registration is not possible.
House Rules:
- Smoking is allowed ONLY in the balcony.
- No parties or events in the flat.
- No downloads
- Please note that I live there so please be careful with everything inside.
- No pets
