Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne 3 Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung für 6 Wochen zwischen Mitte Februar bis Anfang April.
Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für ein Pärchen oder eine kleine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern. Perfekt um erstmal in Berlin anzukommen oder eine bestimmte Zeit zu überbrücken.

Die Wohnung hat 3 schöne, helle Zimmer, alle mit Dielenböden, sowie eine geflieste Küche und Bad. sIe ist ruhig, wir haben nette Nachbarn und einen Hof für Fahrräder.

Die Mietkosten sind inkl. High-Speed DSL (Telekom), Heizung, Strom und Gas.

Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, hat ein großes Sofa und einen Tisch für 6 Personen.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ca. 28qm, hat ein großes 1,80m Bett und wenn nötig ein Kinderbett (dieses kann auch entfernet werden) sowie einen Schreibtisch und einen großen Schrank.
Das dritte Zimmer oder Kinderzimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und hat ein 90cm Bett und wird momentan als Kinderzimmer genutzt. Kann aber ggf. auch als Arbeitszimmer mit Gästebett genutzt werden.
Das Bad ist klein aber fein und hat eine Badewanne und die Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Gasherd + Elektroofen.

We rent out our beautiful 3 room apartment for 6 weeks between mid-February and early April.
The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family with 1-2 children. Perfect to arrive in Berlin for the first time or to bridge a certain time.

The apartment has 3 nice, bright rooms, all with floorboards, as well as a tiled kitchen and bathroom. It is quiet, we have nice neighbors and a yard for bikes.

The rent includes high-speed DSL (Telekom), heating, electricity and gas.

The living room is about 20sqm, has a big sofa and a table for 6 people as well as a beamer.
The bedroom is about 28sqm, has a large 1.80m bed and if necessary a crib (this can also be removed) as well as a desk and a large closet.
The third room or nursery is about 20sqm and has a 90cm bed and is currently used as a nursery. But can also be turned into a study with guest bed if necessary.
The bathroom is small but nice and has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and gas stove + electric oven.
