Wir bieten unsere gemütliche Berliner Altbauwohnung für 1 Monat zur Untermiete. Verfügbar ist die Wohnung ab dem 28. Oktober und kann bis einschließlich 30. November genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist saniert, voll möbliert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind sehr geräumig. Perfekt geeignet für ein Pärchen oder eine Person. Wir arbeiten beide die meiste Zeit von zu Hause aus - es gibt einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer kann man auch super arbeiten. Gutes WLAN, Chromecast, Lautsprecher vorhanden. Unsere Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus im 4. Obergeschoss gelegen, dadurch schön hell und ruhig. Vom Schlafzimmer aus blickt man auf einen historischen Friedhof und Park.
Bitte keine Haustiere. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet.

We want to sublet our comfortable Berlin apartment for one month starting from October 28th. The apartment is available until (including) November 30th.
It's a refurbished, fully furnished and equipped apartment in a typical Berlin Altbau. Spacious bedroom and living room. We both work from home most of the time. There is a big desk in the bedroom, but you can also work from the living room perfectly fine. Good WiFi, Chromecast and music speakers. Our place is ideal for a couple or one person. The apartment is located in the back house on the 4th floor - hence it's light and quite in here. The bedroom is facing a historic graveyard and park.
Please no pets. No smoking inside.
Tolle Lage und Anbindung! 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U8 (Leinestraße) oder Ringbahn (Hermannstraße). Wir wohnen in der Nähe vom Tempelhofer Feld (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß) und genießen diese Lage sehr (ideal für Spaziergänge, Joggen, Radfahren, in der Sonne sitzen). In nur wenigen Minuten ist man im wunderschönen Körnerpark. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.

Great location and connection to public transportation! Within 5 minutes walking distance you reach the U8 (stop Leinestraße) or the city ring line (Hermannstraße). We are located around 7 minutes walking from Tempelhofer Feld which is amazing to take a walk, go for a run or just sit in the sun. Also only a few minutes away from Körnerpark. In the area you can find many café's, bars and restaurants.
Wir sind ein deutsch-holländisches Pärchen um die 30, arbeiten beide in Tech Firmen / Start-ups und haben unsere Wohnung gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist uns wichtig, dass Mieter ordentlich sind und sorgfältig mit unserer Ausstattung umgehen. Keine Party's.
We are a Dutch-German couple, both around 30 years old and work in tech companies. It's important to us that tenants are tidy and treat our belongings with care. No party's please.
