I’m renting out my cosy, fully-furnished apartment for 10 days (+/-1), March 12 to 20, tucked into Berlin-Neukölln’s finest “Richardkiez” within one of the newest and most modern buildings in the area. Hence, it comes with all kinds of advantages, for example it’s super quiet and well insulated (I love listening to loud techno music ;), it has well-balanced and efficient heating (which I‘ve come to appreciate now more than ever), and the neighbors are attentive, helpful, and kind.
This place is ideal for 1 person or a couple. I’m fine with both online / in-person visit, and happy to show you more photos and details if of interest.
You’ll be 7-ish minutes away from the U7 Neukölln / Ring-Bahn S41 /42 Neukölln or Sonnenallee, and M41 bus which takes you straight all the way to Hauptbahnhof. Plus, you’ll be a quick coffee-run away from a few cute cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops, as well as grocery stores either on Sonnenallee or Karl-Marx-Strasse.
Given it’s just a brief time, you’ll obviously have access to everything and are welcome to use all my stuff as if it were yours, i.e. respectfully and mindfully, from shower gel to spicy Chinese chili to yoga mat and vinyl record player.
