We will sublet our bright and cozy flat since we will be traveling. It`s The flat is fully furnished and welcomes you to feel at home. Perfect for holiday in spring days it has a big balcony from which you will be overlooking Berlin. You will have sunshine all day long since one room faces east and one west.
Everything you need is close by. The Ubahn station Boddinstraße (U8) and Hermannplatz (U7, U8) are in a short walking distance. If you want to go for a walk the Hasenheide is only a few minutes away. Or if you like a little more space also the Tempelhofer Feld is not too far.
You will find a supermarket in short walking distance and lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Its gonna be a big bonus, if you can take care of our plants while your stay. Mention it in your message to us if you are capable to water the plants regularly <3
Since it's our beloved private flat we ask for respectful sublettes. Please don't mind requesting if you are used to smoking indoor, since its not allowed. We live in the flat with a newborn and can't tolerate smoking smells. Also please: No pets, no parties.
