Die Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin (HTW) ist nur 4 Fahrradminuten oder 13 Gehminuten entfernt. Daher bietet sich die Wohnung auch optimal für Studierende an. Die Spree ist nur 500 Meter entfernt. Dort lässt es sich entspannen und die Sonne genießen. Die nahegelegene Wuhlheide lädt zum Spazieren, Joggen oder Fahrradfahren ein. Außerdem befindet sich dort das Erholungszentrum FEZ und die Trabbrennbahn Karlshorst.

Durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung kannst du die Innenstadt schnell erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien M17, 21, 27, 37, 60 und 67 sind fußläufig erreichbar. Damit kommst du außerdem über den S-Bahnhof Schöneweide gut zum Flughafen BER.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area in Oberschöneweide in the district Köpenick directly at the Griechischer Park. The Berlin University of Applied Sciences (HTW) is only a 4-minute bike ride or 13-minute walk away. Therefore, the apartment is also ideal for students. The Spree River is only 500 meters away. There it is possible to relax and enjoy the sun. The nearby Wuhlheide invites you to walk, jog or bike. There is also the FEZ Erholungszentrum and the Karlshorst Trabbrennbahn.

Thanks to the good transport connections, you can reach the city center quickly. The TRAM M17, 21, 27, 37, 60 and 67 are within walking distance. You can also get to BER airport via the Schöneweide S-Bahn station.

Der Mietpreis ist pauschal. Die Miete enthält bereits die Warmwasser- und Heizkosten sowie Internet und Strom. Die Nebenkosten werden nicht extra aufgeführt.

MIETDAUER:
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt ein Jahr. Die Mietdauer ist befristet bis maximal 5 Jahre.

HINWEIS:
Aufgrund der noch andauernden Fertigstellung der Wohnung gibt es derzeit noch keine Bilder. Die vorhandenen Bilder stellen die Wohnung samt Ausstattung aus dem Designstudio dar.
Eine Besichtigung kann aktuell nur auf einer „Baustelle“ nach Absprache erfolgen.
Der Einzugstermin kann sich auf Mitte Mai verzögern.
