I'm looking for someone who wants to rent the apartment for the full time it is available. It is possible to take over the lease and stay there long term but I will need to move everything out on July 1st, 2024. The fridge, mattress, desk and shoe cabinet are all for sale.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a new building completed in 2022. You will be renting the entire apartment. There are no shared spaces. There is an easily accessible elevator and a parking lot in back for bikes. The apartment is small, but it has a decent sized balcony. There are no longer house plants as shown in the photos they were all moved out 2 days ago. It's faces the courtyard and is very quiet, especially at night. It's dark at night, but I also have black out curtains for the morning. There is coin laundry on site in the basement. The kitchen is fully stocked.
There is no smoking in the apartment and no pets allowed.
