Ich suche vorzugsweise eine weibliche Person für meine schöne Altbau-Wohnung in Pankow Süd/ Grenze Bornholmer Straße. Da ich für 1 Monat verreisen werden, übergebe ich die Wohnung möbliert, es sollte also pfleglich mit meinen Möbeln umgegangen werden. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und eine separate Küche, sowie einen großes Bad und großen Balkon. Falls ein Fahrrad vorhanden ist, kann es im Garten sicher abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau und alles ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Küche läuft über Gas, eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Ich habe einige Pflanzen, die gegossen werden sollten :) Kürzere Mietzeiten sind auch möglich!

I am preferably looking for a female person for my beautiful old apartment in Pankow Süd/ Border Bornholmer Straße. Since I will be traveling for 1 month, I will hand over the apartment furnished, so my furniture should be handled with care. The apartment has 2 rooms and a separate kitchen, as well as a large bathroom and large balcony. If you have a bicycle, it can be safely parked in the garden. The apartment is a renovated old building and everything is in perfect condition. The kitchen runs on gas and there is a washing machine. I have some plants that should be watered :) Shorter rental periods also possible!
Die Straße ist super ruhig und man kann entspannt auf dem Balkon sitzen. Du bist in 5 Min. am S-Bahnhof und kannst ab Gesundbrunnen easy in jede Richtung fahren. Bus und Tram, sowie eine U-Bahn Station sind ca. 5-10 Minuten entfernt.
Mit dem Rad bist du ganz schnell in Prenzlauer Berg oder Wedding.

The street is super quiet and you can sit on the balcony and relax. You can be at the S-Bahn station in 5 minutes and can easily travel in any direction from Gesundbrunnen. Bus and streetcar, as well as a subway station are about 5-10 minutes away. You can get to Prenzlauer Berg or Wedding very quickly by bike.
Ich suche eine weibliche Person! Du solltest die Miete + Kaution überweisen können. Ein Vertrag wird aufgesetzt, falls Schäden etc. aufkommen. Gerne kann die Wohnung unter der Woche zwischen 10-20 Uhr besichtig werden.
