Fully furnished lovely flat in Gaillardstrasse 22, 13187 Pankow for rent (9th December 2023 12:00 noon till 13th January 2024 7pm). Sublease only, no possibility of prolonging the renting longer than 13th January. I dont make any profit by renting my flat, I pay the same price to my landlord.
The flat is 42 square meters and is located in Seitenflügel. The house itself is pretty quiet, neighbours are helpful. The flat has an own bathroom, bathtub, toilet, mirrors, a fully furnished kitchen (including dishwasher and coffee mashine) and big windows that make the flat bright.
The flat also includes an own washing machine for cloths and a garden for shared use with other house members. The flat is big enough to suit a couple (two people, sleeping in same bed), but not for a shared Wohngemeinschaft WG.
All furnitures that you will need for daily living are there, including a working desk in case you are on home office, cooking utensils including spices, sugar, flour, pasta etc... I welcome you to share most of my stuff in case you are handling it with care.
Nearest S-Bahn station is S-Wollankstrasse (10 minutes by walk), S+U Pankow is15 minutes by walk. Several busstations are within 5 minutes reach, so are groceries stores (closest REWE), cafés, restaurants and pharmacies. Also nearby is "Bürgerpark Pankow", a lovely park to take a break in nature and see the winter scenery unfolding.

Handover of keys should take place before 9th of December if possible, along with transfer of deposit (100% refundable) and transfer of rent. The total costs is 814€ for the full period including all costs associated (e.g. rent, costs for heating, electricity, internet and use of furnitures).
Your deposit will be kept aside and transfered back after I received the keys back. A sublease agreement will be provided.
