The location of the apartment is simply perfect. You can reach Vinetastraße Ubhan (U2) in less than a minute. From there, you can reach Alexanderplatz in a few stops. Schönhauser Allee and its exciting night live is only a kilometre away. Supermarkets, others shops and restaurants are also not far from the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist in Berlin hervorragend gelegen: Fußläufig erreicht man in weniger als einer Minute U Vinetastr. U-Bahn (U2). Von dort sind es nur wenige Stationen bis zu Alexanderplatz. Schönhauser Allee und sein lebendiges Nachtleben sind nur 1 km entfernt. Supermärkte, weitere Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung.

The nebenkosten include the cost of the heating, water, electricity, Internet, building charges and TV/radio fees. A deposit equal to a month’s rent is required. A registration in the city of Berlin is possible. The deposit is returned upon the submission of a de-registration document from the apartment.
The rental is only possible for a specific period. The minimum period is 6 months. The maximum is 1 year. A contract renewal is possible.

The flat has two rooms suitable to trainees, interns, or professionals who come to Berlin for a temporary stay. The option of a main tenant subletting the other room to their flatmate is available. In this case, however, the landlord needs to approve this flatmate. The tenants shall find an agreement among themselves in order to keep the communal areas of the apartment (including the kitchen and bathroom) clean. A vacuum cleaner, cleaning accessories, an ironing table and an iron are available to the tenants of the flat. The stairwell are cleaned by the property management.

For your application to considered, we need the following documents:

> a copy of the personal identification or passport of the tenants
> a few words about the activities that you will pursue in Berlin and for which you would like to rent the rooms/the apartment for a specific period

Documents regarding your credit rating
> the last three salary statements or proof of salary of the tenants

> Certificate of no rent arrears (can be submitted later)
If you pay the rent for the entire rental period in advance, the documents regarding your credit rate are not required. In this case, a deposit of a month’s rent still need to be paid.

Die Nebenkosten umfassen die Kosten für Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet, Hausgeld und Rundfunkgebühren. Eine Kaution von einer Monatsmiete muss hinterlegt werden. Anmeldung bei der Stadt Berlin ist selbstverständlich möglich. Die Kaution wird nach der Abmeldung der Wohnung zurückbezahlt.
Die Anmietung ist nur befristet möglich. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate und ist maximal 1 Jahr, eventuell um 1 Jahr verlängerbar.


Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer, die in der Regel an Auszubildende, Praktikanten, Referendare und Trainees oder junge Berufstätige vermietet werden, die für einen vorübergehenden Aufenthalt nach Berlin kommen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ein Hauptmieter das andere Zimmer an seinen Mitbewohner untervermietet. In diesem Fall muss dies jedoch mit Zustimmung des Vermieter erfolgen. Die MieterInnen halten die Gemeinschaftsflächen der Wohnung (u. a. Küche und Badezimmer) in Absprache miteinander sauber. Staubsauger, Putzutensilien, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen stehen den MieterInnen der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Hausflur und Treppenhaus werden von der Hausverwaltung gereinigt.

Sollten Sie die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum im Voraus zahlen, sind die Unterlagen zur Bonität nicht notwendig, in diesem Fall müsste auch nur eine Kaution von einer Monatsmiete hinterlegt werden.
