Die Wohnung hat
- einen tollen Garten mit Terrasse (inkl. Hängematte u.v.m.),
- eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine,
- ein Bad mit Dusche und separater Badewanne,
- einem großen Schlafzimmer sowie
- einem Arbeitszimmer.
Im Haus ist ein Fahrradkeller vorhanden.

We rent our our beautiful flat for four weeks, from July 31st to August 28th.
Our place has:
- a great little garden with a terrace (incl. hammock),
- a kitch with dishwasher and washing machine,
- a bathroom with both shower and tub,
- a really nice bedroom and
- an office.
There is also a storage room for bicycles in the basement.
Das Ganze liegt im ruhigen Pankower Flora-Kiez. Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Lage ist bequem an der Grenze zum Prenzlauer Berg und dem Wedding gelegen. Bis zum nächsten S- und B-Bahnhof sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist kaum 3 Minuten entfernt. Auch Supermärkte, Bäcker und Spätverkäufe sind in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. Für Jogger sind sogar mehrere Parks entspannt erreichbar.

You can find our place in the nice neighborhood of Flora-Kiez in Pankow, which is pleasantly located close to Prenzlauer Berg and Wedding. While the street of our flat is clam, you can find lots of cafés, restaurants and bars nearby. Moreover, the next subway station (both S and U) is only 10 minutes by foot. Groceries, bakeries and Spätis are also within a few minutes walking distance. If you like to go running, there are also several parks nearby.
Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Alle Zimmer sind uneingeschränkt nutzbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stellen wir gerne.
