Die Gesamtmiete (Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet, Telefon) beträgt monatlich 950€. Hinzu kommt eine einmalige Kaution von einer Monatsmiete.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus und ist dadurch sehr ruhig. Auf dem Balkon kann man wunderbar entspannen und auch Erdbeeren anbauen.
Erst vor 1,5 Jahren wurde die Wohnung komplett kernsaniert. Die Dielen sind in einem top Zustand und die Wände sind alle weiß und verputzt. (Keine blöde Raufasertapete)
Die Wohnung ist nur möbliert zu vermieten. Es gibt ein mit Bett, Schlafsofa (2 Personen), Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Schreibtisch und Staubsauger. In der Küche ist genug platz um ausgiebig zu kochen und am Tisch zu essen. Mein Fahrrad ist ebenso in der Miete enthalten und kann gerne genutzt werden.

The appartment faces the quiet courtyard between houses. Therefore you can relax undisturbed by car-noise on the balcony.

Hier ist man perfekt an das Nahverkehrsnetz angebunden. Die Wohnung ist genau gegenüber der S+U Bahn Pankow (S2, S8, S85, U2). Vor der Haustür fahren mehrere Busse und Tram Linien (50, M1).
In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Rad im Prenzlauer Berg.
Fährt man nach Norden ist man in 10 Minuten im Grünen am Bürgerpark oder Schlossgarten.
Die Lage ist super. Im Vorderhaus befindet sich ein Café und ein kleiner Blumenladen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein Späti und in weniger als 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man einen Lidl, Edeka, DM und eine Apotheke. Im Florakiez gibt es ausgezeichnete Cafés, Burgerladen, Döner und Asiatische Restaurants.

From this flat you have great access to the public transportation system. Within 2 minutes you can take the train (S2, S8, S85) or Subway (U2) from the S+U Station Pankow. And right in front oft he door are multiple Bus and Tram lines.
A 10 minute ride with the bike or 3 stations subway brings you into the bustling city life of Prenzlauer Berg. Riding tot he north, you can hang out in the lush greens of Bürgerpark or Schlossgarten.
Pankow is a great place to live. It’s quiet, homey and has many stylish cafés and restaurants. Take your time to explore the neighborhood.
