Das Gebäude wurde 1993 umfangreich saniert und modernisiert und ist in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand und verfügt über eine Zentralheizung. Ein kleiner Vorgarten und ein Garten auf der Rückseite des Hauses grenzen es von der Straße ab.

Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss in einem Haus mit einer sehr angenehmen und hilfsbereiten Hausgemeinschaft. Hier hilft jeder jedem und das spielt auch bei der Auswahl des neuen Mieters bzw. der neuen Mieterin eine wichtige Rolle.

Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Fläche von etwa 20m². Hier steht eine Schlafcouch und mehrerer Sitzsäcke bieten die Möglichkeit mit Freunden gemütliche Abende zu verbringen. Ein großer Tisch mit zwei Bänken bietet sich für Spieleabende oder gemeinsames Essen an. Am Wohnzimmer ist auch der Balkon, auf dem man die Sonne genießen und das Treiben in der Florastr. beobachten kann.

Das Schlafzimmer ist etwa 14m² groß und kann mittels Plissees in den Fenstern und zusätzlichen Vorhängen komplett verdunkeln werden. Das Doppelbett vor dem Fenster ist räumlich durch ein hüfthohes Regal getrennt und ermöglicht es jede Nacht neue Kräfte zu tanken.

Die Wohnung wird komplett eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet vermietet. Alle Schränke auf den Bildern bleiben in der Wohnung und auch Alltagsgegenstände wie Besteck, Geschirr, Staubsauger, Fernseher werden in der Wohnung verbleiben.

Die Mietkosten beinhalten neben der Warmmiete ebenfalls:
