Direkt vor der Wohnungstür befinden sich drei Busse, die S-Bahn ist circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit einem Bus seid ihr in zehn Minuten direkt in Kreuzberg. Ein weiterer fährt weiter raus, ins Müggelheim und ein weiterer direkt nach Berlin-Mitte. Für die Autofahrer:innen unter euch: Es handelt sich um ein Parkplatzparadies.

Circa fünf Minuten zu Fuß ist der nächste Supermarkt entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Plänterwald. Der zu einem wunderschönen Spaziergang direkt an der Spree einlädt. Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Arbeiter:innengegend.

There are three buses right in front of the apartment, and the S-Bahn is about a 10-minute walk away. One bus takes you directly to Kreuzberg in ten minutes. Another goes further out, to Müggelheim and another directly to Berlin-Mitte. For the drivers among you: It is a parking paradise.

The nearest supermarket is about a five-minute walk away. The apartment is located near the Plänterwald. The invites you to a beautiful walk directly on the Spree. It is a quiet workers:inside neighborhood.

Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucher:innen-Haushalt. Hunde sind in der Wohnung erlaubt. Ich habe selber zwei.
