The Apartment has two big rooms with a lot of windows on each side, one lokking onto the Köpenicker Landstr. and on the other side to the quiet Plantanenweg. The huge balcony gets a lot of sun throughout the day and since there is a big lawn inbetween the house and the street hidden away from sight and streetnoise. The balcony is accessible through a door from the bigger room and through a second door from the kitchen.
Two storage rooms (one on the balcony and one in the kitchen) offer generous storage space.
The tiled kitchen is big enough for a kitchen table and washing machine.
The entire apartment was completely renovated and modernized in 2019. The bathroom and kitchen were newly tiled and high-quality PVC flooring was laid in the hallway and both rooms with a beautiful wood look.
The apartment is very sunny and warm, even in winter thanks to the good insulation and the heating pipes running in the floor.
