Meine Einzimmerwohnung besteht aus einem hellen Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und einer separaten Küche. Außerdem gibt es einen langen Flur mit Platz für Kleidung etc.
- 2 Min. Fußweg zur S Greifswalderstr.
- Blick auf einen schönen Hinterhof und erhält Sonnenlicht
- Getrennter Küchenbereich mit Einbauküche
- Holzdiele
- 2. OG
- Nette Nachbarschaft mit freundlichen Bewohnern
- Der Vertrag ist unbefristet mit einer Hausverwaltung
- Es gibt eine Staffelmietvereinbarung, %2,5 pro Jahr
- Strom kostet 25 Euro und Heizung ist in den 123 Eur. enthalten.

Ich suche eine größere Wohnung mit Balkon und mindestens 1,5 Zimmern und bin flexibel was die Lage angeht. Die Ausstattung ist für mich auch nicht so wichtig.

I have not discussed the swap option with the Hausverwaltung yet, of course it will depend on them.

- Seperate kitchen area with a built in kitchen

- Nice neighbourhood with friendly neighbours
- The contract is unlimited with a Hausverwaltung
- There is a Staffelmietvereinbarung, %2,5 each year
- Current Electricity is 25 Euros and heating is included in the 123 Eur.

I am looking for a bigger place with Balcony and minimum 1,5 rooms, and I am flexible about the location. The interior is also not very important for me.
