We are subletting our very cozy and quiet apartment for one or several months from February onwards for 1 -1,5 years.
About the apartment:
There’s everything in the apartment that’s needed for comfortable living: a kitchen, a fridge, a washing machine, table, sofa, bed, cabinets, the Internet, and, etc.
Since we would like to do it officially, we'd need to provide your documents to the Hausverwaltung and you should be able to qualify for a tenant (Schufa (solicitar ahora) , ideally permanent contract, salary at least 3.500 € netto, and etc.) Hausverwaltung says that the review process might take some time, which means that if you would like to move it now, there would be some time without the Anmeldung.
The apartment is located in Winsviertel (intersection of streets Prenzlauer Allee / Christburger Str.) in the backyard of an ‘Altbau’ Building on the 1st floor. Since it is a backyard, it is very quiet in the apartment and the buzz of Prenzlauer Berg is not heard there. Winsviertel is a lovely neighbourhood that has a lot to offer, such as cute cafes, diverse restaurants, and close to the ’Volksparkfriedrichshain’ park.
The M2 and M10 tram stops are close to the apartment. By tram, you will be at Alexanderplatz in app. 10 minutes.
We are looking for 1 person or 2 people (couple) who live and work in Berlin.
