Luftige und gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg

Während ich im Urlaub bin, vermiete ich meine schöne helle und luftige Wohnung im Prenzlauerberg. Sie hat zwei große Zimmer, einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. 1-2 Personen können hier problemlos übernachten und sich von ihren Abenteuern in der Stadt erholen.

Ich bin Nichtraucher, daher ist das Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, nur auf dem Balkon.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer eher ruhigen und familienorientierten Gegend, daher suche ich Menschen, die sich dieser Umgebung anpassen möchten.

Die Wohnung ist vom 19.12 - 29.2.2024 frei. Die Zeiten sind flexibel.

Die Miete beträgt 1200€ pro Monat. Für den Zeitraum von 19.12.-31.12. beträgt die Miete 500€

Looking for a cozy place to stay in Berlin ? While I’m on vacation I’m renting out my lovely bright and airy appartement in Prenzlauer Berg. It has two big rooms, a balcony with an amazing view, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom including bathtub. 1-2 people can easily stay here and rest from their adventures in the city.

I’m a non smoker so smoking is not allowed in the flat, only on the balcony.

Please note that this is a more quiet and family oriented neighborhood.

The flat is available from 19.12.2023-29.2.2024. the dates are flexible.

The rent is 1200€ per month in January and February, for 19.12.-31.12 it’s 500€
