Berlin Prenzlauerberg und gerne mal Besuch haben

If you are coming to live in Berlin with just a suitcase and would like to stay in a great neighborhood in your own flat with a spare room for visiting friends, here is my suggestion:
fully furnished flat with living room and kitchenette, sunny balcony facing quiet landscaped garden, good parking facilities, walking distance 6 minutes to Schönhauserallee station, U2 and S-Bahn Ring.
I've been living in London for the last 10 years but still enjoy coming 6 times a year for a long weekend to Berlin and will stay in the guest room. So I would be a very temporary flatmate. The spare room can be used as study or for your visitors but the flat doesn't really suit two single people permanently possibly it works for a couple short time.
All utitlities and central heating and cleaner every 2 weeks are included.

Und hier noch mal auf deutsch
falls du gerne mal Besuch hast und eine vollmöblierte Bleibe suchst könnte ich dir meine Wohnung im Prenzlauerberg anbieten. 2,5 Zimmer 50m2 mit Badewanne und Balkon mit Sonne, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke und ein Schlafzimmer. Möbliert mit Bett, Sofa und was man sonst noch braucht. weiter gibt es noch ein kleines Schlafzimmer, das ich ab und zu circa 6 mal in Jahr benutze. .... in der übrigen Zeit kann das Zimmer gerne als Gästezimmer /Arbeitszimmer mitbenützt werden.
Die Wohnung ist nicht fuer zwei getrennte Personen auf Dauer geignet evt für ein Paar kurzfristig.
