We won't be in Berlin for a few months and are looking for subtenants for this beautiful 105 sqm, top-floor apartment located in Prenzlauer Berg (next to the Friedrichshain Volkspark).


The apartment is divided between the 4th and the 5th floor.
It includes 2.5 Rooms (bedroom, living room, small room used as 'gym'), 1 separated kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one in each floor).
It comes completely furnished, with a sofa-bed in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, kettle and the things needed for cooking.

The apartment has a cozy living room with a big-size TV screen (and PSP4) perfect for when you want to relax.

The bedroom has a comfy double-bed (and no noise coming from the street, since the apartment overlooks the internal courtyard of the building), a beautiful wall with exposed bricks and in the apartment there are two closets with enough space for all your things.
