You're renting our apartment so it's fully furnished and heating, water, WLAN is fully included in your rent.
this appartment is a perfect place to start your time in berlin for a single person or a nice quiet couple.



monthly rent 800€ (full time from 25.3.24 - 30.4.24 for 1000€)


The rent is really low for this area and it's because the building is old and the landlord is not willing to renovate anything, but we gave it our best and now it's cosy and everything works well for us. We got a small kitchen, schlauch bathroom with rain shower, big livingroom and cosy sleepingroom with a window to the backyard.
We normally live with a cat, which is staying at a friends flat this time, but even when the cat is not living with you, there can be some leftover cathair and because of this I would not recommend staying in our apartment, if you're allergic.

It is located in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz and a 10 minutes walk away from Alexanderplatz. Eberswalder Platz, Kulturbrauerei, Rosenthaler Platz, Kastanien Allee and the famous Mauerpark are all in a walking distance or can be reached with one Metro Stop in under 10 minutes. This area is one of the most popular among Berlin travellers, but in a quiet side street and the sleeping room is facing the quiet backyard.

You can find many nice cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs, galleries and shops - just by walking out the door.
It is close to the tram station M8
and also the metro station U2 - Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz or U8 and M1 at Rosenthaler Platz.
There is a bus station 142 directly next to the house.
You can walk to Alexanderplatz or take one station with the U2 :)

It's a good location to explore the city cause you're well connected to every district in berlin.
