Looking for a subtenant for a minimum of 2 months with the option to extent. Attractive, bright apartment on the 4th floor, partially furnished as seen in the pictures. (I will be taking the Monstera plant with me.) Includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment features a spacious bathroom and a small balcony where you can enjoy the sun for half the day. There is also a large rooftop terrace available for all residents. Bed 180x200 cm. Available immediately for at least 2 months possible extension upon agreement.
Tram lines M 10 and M4 are very close by. Several great restaurants, cafes, and a small weekly market on Saturdays, with a supermarket, pharmacy, etc., all within walking distance.The rent includes water, heating, DSL, and electricity. The subtenant must have personal liability insurance and provide proof of it.
