Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Prezlauer Berg, in einer sehr netten Nachbarschaft (am Helmholtzplatz. Es ist sehr Zentral: die Tram fast vor der Haustür, U-Bahn 5 min, S-Bahn 5 min.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet:
Wohnzimmer (im obersten Stockwerk)
Küche (im obersten Stockwerk)
Schlafzimmer (im unteren Stockwerk)
Bad (im unteren Stockwerk)
wichtige Ausstattungen: TV, Internet, DVD, HiFi-anlage, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Preis incl.
Wer über die komplette Zeit die Wohnung anmieten möchte, mache ich gerne einen günstigeren Preis. Ansonsten gilt folgendes:
35,- 1 Person/pro Nacht
45,- 2 Personen/ pro Nacht
55,- 3 Personen/ pro Nacht

Hi, My name is Arzu and I've got a wonderful 2 maisonette (double floor) apartment. The apartment is located at Helmholtzplatz, a nice neighbourhood of Prenzlauerberg with lots of bars, cafes and close to public transportation (it has everything you could possibly want for the perfect berlin experience). It´s a private home in a nice old but renovated building, with wooden floors.The whole flat is nicely furnished (have a look to the pic's). You also have complete use of my kitchen, my nice and big bathroom.
I'm renting out the whole flat to short term visitors and to responsable and relaxed people. Just for the time between 22.08. until 07.09.2008.
If you want to stay over the whole time, I can make you a better price. Otherwise:
€ 35 one person a day
€ 45 two person a day
€ 55 for tree person a day
