Sie verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, W-Lan, TV, Waschmaschine und alle weiteren Utensilien.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA, REWE, Kaisers) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Parken ist vor dem Haus möglich.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut (U2: Senefelder Platz, Tram: M2/M10, Ringbahn: Prenzlauer Allee).

It\'s a very beautiful, bright, warm and comfortable, 65 m2 flat, located at Kollwitzplatz, close to Alexanderplatz.
It has a spacious bedroom, a big living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
There\'s a double bed in the bedroom, but there\'s another bed available if needed.
There is everything needed for daily life (FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee-machine, hairdryer, shower, hair-dryer, dsl, tv, etc.).
2nd floor.
It is well located in the city center, in a quiet street in Prenzlauer Berg (Knaackstraße), close to U-Bahnhof Senefelder Platz.
The neighborhood is very safe day and night, quiet and green but at the same time plenty of things to do.
Shops, galleries, supermarkets, bars, clubs, restaurants in the area.
All public transports available: tram (M2/M10), metro (U2/ Senefelder Platz).
The price for the apartment will be 30€ per day.
Linen, internet usage and final cleaning are included.
No pets.
