Wegen Auslandsreise möchte ich meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in Prenzlauer Berg für 5 Wochen untervermieten (Zeitraum: 13. August bis 19. Oktober).
Auf fast 50 qm: Küche mit Essbereich, Vorzimmer, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Wachmaschine, Mikrowelle sind vorhanden), Badewanne im Bad, großes Bett im Schlafzimmer, fold-out Couch im Wohnzimmer.
High-speed Internet its auch vorhanden!

Hey!
I am subletting my apartment for a 5-week period (August 13 - Sept 19) while I'm abroad for work.
The apartment is in the fashionable Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin on the second (third US) floor of a traditional European apartment building.
The apartment is 50 sqm (540 square feet): spacious living room, bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, cozy dining area, hall.
The apartment is completely furnished (see pics). The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, etc. There is a fold-out couch in the living room, big wardrobe, big-screen tv (in the bedroom as well), cable tv + high speed wifi internet connection.

Perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Kaisers, Penny, Netto, Lidl in der unmittelbaren nähe
Alexanderplatz 10 min entfernt, Schönhauser Alle (mit den Arkaden Shopping Center) ist die nächste Haltestelle auf der Ringbahnlienie 42 (U2 ubahn hält da auch), Cafés, Bäckereien, Restaurants in der nähe! Das echte Prenzlauer Berg Erlebnis!

Excellent public transport connection to/from the apartment: the circle line (Ringbahn 41, 42) stops around the corner, tram line 2 (M2) is also just a couple hundred yards away. The shopping centre Schoenhauser Allee Arkaden is one stop from the apartment on the circle line. The subway U2 stops there as well!
The M2 goes directly to Alexanderplatz (10 mins). There are food stores all around (Kaisers, Lidl, Penny, Netto), as well as a 24 hour store across the street. Cafes, bakeries, restaurants, parks within a few minutes walk.
