Wir bieten eine wunderschöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete in Prenzlauer Berg vom 07.09.2012 bis 22.10.2012. Ideal für 1 Person, 2 (ein Paar) oder eine kleine Familie.
Der Preis ist 550 Euro für den gesamten Zeitraum (6 Wochen: vom 07.09.2012 bis 22.10.2012).
Die Wohnung ist perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Sie liegt in der Nähe von der Schönhauser Allee S/U-Bahn Station, Tram & Bus: Schönhauser Allee/Bornholmerstrasse, und Taxi Stationen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U/S-Bahn Station (Ring-Bahn), 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Tram oder Bus, 2 Minute von der Taxi Station.
In der Nähe gibt es Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Apotheke, Supermärkte, Zahnarzt,Fahrradverleih, Arzt, Schwimmbad, Bäckereien, usw...
7 Minuten mit der Bahn zum Alexander Platz und zu Fuß 5 Minuten von dem Mauerpark.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert: Bett,Schrank,TV, Küchengeräte, Küchenutensilien, Kühlschrank, usw.
Die Wohnung wird OHNE Internet,Telefon und Waschmaschine gemietet. Unten im selben Gebäude gibt es Internetcafé und Telefon.
Ausserdem gibt es mehr als 3 Internet- Cafés mit Telefon (bis 03 Uhr morgens täglich geöffnet) in einem Umkreis von 300 Meter von der Wohnung. Ganz in der Nahe gibt es auch mehr als 2 Waschsalons(Überhaupt kein Problem).

The apartment is located close to the Schönhauser Allee S / U-Bahn station, Tram and Bus: Schönhauser Allee / Bornholmerstrasse and taxis Stations.
The apartment is very central, 5 minutes walking distance from the subway / train station (ring-rail), 2 minutes walking distance from the tram or bus, 2 minutes walking distance from the taxi station.
Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, dentists, bike rental, doctors, swimming pool, bakeries, etc. ..
It is a 7 minutes subway ride to Alexanderplatz and a 5 minutes walk to the Mauerpark.
The apartment is fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, TV, kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, etc.
The apartment is rented WITHOUT Internet, telephone and washing machine. In the same building there is an internet cafe and phone.

Alquilamos un precioso apartamento de dos habitaciones en Prenzlauer Berg desde el 07/09/2012 hasta el 22/10/2012. Ideal para 1 ó 2 personas(una pareja)o una pequeña familia.
El precio es de 550 € por el tiempo mencionado (desde el 07/09/2012 hasta el 22/10/2012).
El apartamento está situado cerca de la estación: Schönhauser Allee S/U-Bahn ,del tranvía y autobús: Schönhauser Allee / Bornholmerstrasse y un par de estaciones de taxi.
El apartamento es muy céntrico, a 5 minutos andando de la estación de metro / tren, (el anillo), a 2 minutos a pie del tranvía o autobús, a 2 minutos a pie desde la parada de taxis.
Cerca hay cafés, restaurantes, bares, farmacias, supermercados, dentistas, alquiler de bicicletas, médicos, piscina, panaderías, etc ..
A 7 minutos en metro de Alexanderplatz y unos 5 minutos a pie hasta el Mauerpark.
El apartamento está amueblado: cama, armario, televisión, electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina, nevera, etc
El apartamento se arrienda sin Internet, teléfono y lavadora. Bajo el edificio hay un Intern cafe´con teléfono.
Además, hay más de 3 Cafés Internet con teléfono (abierto hasta las 03 de la mañana todos los días) en un radio de 300 metros del apartamento. Muy cerca hay 2 lavanderías (es decir no hay ningun problema de encontrar un internet café o una lavandería muy cerca).
