suche ruhigen, verlässliche(n) Zwischenmieter/in für meine zentral gelegene unsanierte Altbau- Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg für die Monate Oktober bis einschliesslich Februar. 5min Gehminuten zum S&U- Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee 2Min zur Strassenbahn (Richtung Wedding, Pankow, Mitte). Supermärkte, Videotheken, Spätis, Döner in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Miete von 560 Euro/Monat ist alles inklusive (Nebenkosten,Strom,Gas,Internet). Bitte beachten: ich teile mir das Internet mit dem Nachbarn. Trotz Repeater kann die Verbindung manchmal schwach sein!
Die Wohnung kann leider nicht an Paare oder als WG vermietet werden!

I am looking for a quite, serious guy or lady for renting my centrally located flat in Prenzlauer Berg for the months of October - February! The rent of 560 Euro is including all costs (electricity, gas, internet etc), nothing on top of that!
Please note that Internet can be weak sometimes, because I share it with the neighbour.
Unfortunately, I cannot sublet it to couples or as a shared flat!
