Beautiful Flat with garden in Prenzlauer Berg starting JANUARY

Hello,
I am Olivier. WIth my girlfriend we are leaving our beautiful flat in Prenzlauer Berg and we would like someone to take it.
It is a huge 80m2 bright and modern flat, with large bay windows. There is a very cool garden, perfect for chillin, having barbecues,etc.
The wooden floor gives a warm and cosy atmosphere. There is two rooms, one big room (perfect for working, it can even be a hype workshop!) and one smaller room (but still big). There is a modern bathroom with bathtub. a kitchen. there is a safe bike storage also.
The area is very nice, very safe, the neighborhood is very cool.
Our flat is near a lot of transports like U Bahn and S Bahn, also a lot of trams. Schonhauser allee is 5m walking and you can be in the center with U1 in 10m.
It is definitely a charming place.
As I said, the rent is 750 . The flat doesn't come with furniture. But a good point is that is pretty easy to move in because the flat is on the ground floor. If you take the flat chances are thought that you can keep some stuffs like the cooker and stuffs.

About the rent, if you like the flat, you are actually renting it from us for 3 months and then you sign the contract with our hausverwaltung (cool people by the way).
