The flat has a big living room with a huge 'french window'(floor to ceiling) towards south, one bedroom with a double bed and one smaller room, which can be used as guest-room or study. It is situated on the fourth floor (unfortunately without elevator but therefore bright and quiet) in the side-wing of an historic building (view over Kollwitzplatz) at beautiful Husemannstraße. The flat is ideal for a couple or a single person who appreciates space.

Hier gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants, kleine individuelle Läden, Grünflächen und Spielplätze. Mehrere Supermärkte (Bio, Discounter oder konventionell) befinden sich in Laufweite. Ebenso sind alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U/S-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Busse) innerhalb von 5 - 10 min erreichbar. Bis zum Alexanderplatz sind es z.B. nur zwei Stationen.
You find the flat right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, directly at the Kollwitzplatz - one of the most popular Berlin neighborhoods for graduates, Berlin-enthusiasts or young families. It is an area with typical small cafés, restaurants and individual small shops, parks and playgrounds. Nearby you find several supermarkets, the tube station is only a short walk away (two stations to Alexanderplatz).
