central, sunny flat/ helle, günstige Wohnung am Volkspark F-hain

Hallo,

ich vermiete meine helle Wohnung, direkt am Volkspark Friedrichshain für 10 Tage ab dem 04.04 bis zum 15.04. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad, ist möbliert und saniert. Die Warmmiete beträgt 200€ für die Periode (inkl. Internet und gratis Telefonieren ins deutsche Festnetz).

Die Lage ist super- an der Grenze zwischen Prenzlberg und Friedrichshain, der Park ist direkt gegenüber, die M10-Tramhaltestelle ist vor der Tür. Somit kommt man sehr schnell nach Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg oder Mauerpark. Die Ringbahn (Langdsberger Allee) erreicht man in 10 Min. zu Fuß. Mit dem Bus 200 fährt man 8 Min. bis zum Alexanderplatz (er fährt auch zum Unter den Linden, Friedrichstrasse, Museumsinsel, Bhf Zoo).

I want to sublet my flat for 10 days from 04.04. to 15.04. It has 2 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is full of light, renovated, furnished- everything is new, clean and tidy. The rent is 200€ for the period- incl. internet and a gratis German landline. 

The flat is very central- it is on the border between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. The beautiful Volkspark Friedrichhain is just across the street. The tram station of M10 is in front of the door- it is a fast way to reach Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain or Kreuzberg. The circus train (Ringbahn) is 10 min. away walking (station Landsberger Allee). The bus 200 goes to Alexanderplatz in 8 min. and travels also through the most famous sightseeings- Unter den Linden, Friedrichstrasse, Brandenburger Tor, Museumsinsel, Zoologischer Garten..

quiero alquilar mi piso bueno que esta en la frontera entre Prenzlauer Berg y Friedrichshain. El piso tiene 2 habitaciones, cocina, baño, todo amueblado, todo nuevo y renovado. Esta disponible desde el 04.04. hasta el 15.04. se alquila por 200€ todo incl. internet y teléfono fijo gratis (en Alemania). La fianza es 250€. 


El piso es muy central- directamente al lado del bonito parque Volkspark Friedrichshain. La parada del tranvía M10 esta delante de la puerta- asi que hay buena conexión con Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain y Kreuzberg. El tren circular (Ringbahn) es 10 min. de la casa andando (la parada Landsberger Allee). El autobus 200 va al Alexanderplatz en 8 min. y tambien va a las atracciones turísticas Unter den Linden, Friedrichsstrasse, Brandenburger Tor, Museumsinsel, Zoologisher Garten.
