Die Wohnung ist möbliert und befindet sich Erdgeschoss und Hinterhaus.
Es steht vor einem Garten, wobei ich in der Fruling und Sommer sehr schön finde, wenn man etwas machen will, z.B Grillen, Lesen, usw. Es ist so wie dein zweit Zimmer.
Man kann auch ihre Kleider im Summer und Fruhling draßen in der Garten.
Auch ist die Wohnung ganz ruhig und die Umgebung ist ganz gut, wenn man allein nach Hause geht.
Nebenkosten: Internet, Runkfunkgebühren und Storm und Gas

I am still in France for 4 Months, i will be subleting my appartment.

Appartment is furnished and is on the groundfloor.
There is a garden right in front of the appartment, which i find it really pretty in the spring or summer to do something, e.g BBQ, reading and so on. Because it is right in front of the house, that makes one think it is their second room.
You can also hang your clothes outside in the garden too.
The appartment is also quiet and the district is very good, even if you are coming home alone.
Nebenkosten: Internet, radiofee and electricity and gas.
Deposit: 350Euros

Verkehrsmöglichkeiten:
Tram: M2(Alexanderplatz in 10-15 Minuten), M13(Wedding/Warschauerstraße 30 Min), 12(Mitte)
Mit 12 ist man vor der HU Berlin circa 20 Minuten.
Außerdem mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man an der HU Berlin mit circa 20 Minuten/ Alexanderplatz 10 Minuten/ Gesundbunnen 10 Minuten/ Schönhauseralle circa 5 Minuten.
Naheste S-Bahn: Prenzlaueralle (Ringbahn)
Transportation:
Tram: M2, M13 and 12.
With Tram 12, one can reach HU Berlin in about 20 Minutes.
When one is on a bike, one can reach HU Berlin in about 20 Minutes too. Otherwise for other places, it takes only about 10 Minutes with the bike.
