The house was built in 1890 in the art noveau style and recently completly modernized to the highest standard. The attic is on the 5th floor and easily reached by elevator. Although it is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg - border to Mitte there are no noise issues and it is completely relaxing. To the house belongs a big garden with a ping-pong table.Prenzlauerberg is one of the most popular districts in Berlin and is one of Berlin´s prettiest neighbourhoods, because it proudly owns the biggest connection of Gründerzeit (art noveau) houses of Europe. You just need to step out of the door and you got it all: excellent restaurants for everyones taste, stylish cafes, nightlife, as well as trendy clothing from street style fashion designers that is waiting for you to get discovered. Every sunday there is one of Berlin´s biggest flee markets, that is attracting people from all over the world. If you take a 10 minutes stroll from my apartment you will just be wihin this experience.The U2 is one of the main subway lines and connecting all the major sights (just 2 subway stations to Alexanderplatz) and a 5 minutes walk from my place. If you feel more active you can walk in half an hour to the museum island. Bikes can be rented all over the place as well.
