I’m renting out my nice  flat in Prenzlauer Berg, conveniently located directly in front of the lively Volkspark Friedrichshain (I love to say that it stays to Berlin as Central Park stays to New York :-)).
Logistically the position is excellent, since the flat is located in between the best areas in Berlin.

By walk&bike:
Mitte, just crossing the park you can reach Alexander Platz and Torstrasse
Prenzlauer Berg, in 5 to 15 mins by walk you can reach the Bötzow and Wins Viertel, and Kollwitz and Helmholtz Platz 
Friedrichshain/X-berg , in 15 mins by walk you can reach the Simon Dach Kiez and the Warschauer str./Schlechiches Tor clubs

By public transportation:
the Bus line 200 stops at few steps and bring you directly to Alexanderplatz (5 mins) – Unter den Linden/Friedrichstrasse (10 mins) – Potsdamer Platz (15 mins) – Zoologischer Garten (25 mins)
the M10 tram works 24hx7days and connects you north to Nordbahnhof in Mitte and south to Warschauer str. in Friedrichshain/X-berg.
the S-bahn Landsberger allee is 8 min by walk and connects you directly to the Schönefeld Airport and the Ring line that bring you quickly almost everywhere in East and West Berlin.

The parking possibilities are very good since the nearby streets are very quiet.

Coming to the flat it is located on a quiet 4th floor of an Altbau (Old style building built at the beginning of 1900) giving to the backyard, here we go with some details:

With 74 mq is ideal for a single or a couple, it has more than 3 meter high ceiling and wooden floorboards. I furnished and equipped the flat with trendy furnitures and elegant details, the place is very luminous and although central it is very quiet.
It has a huge living room, a designer open kitchen (from the German top brand Schüller), a spacious and modern bathroom with shower, bath-tub, a big window and plenty of light, and a wide and cosy sleeping room. A storeroom and a large private basement are also included.
The flat has been fully renovated two years ago with style and quality finishing.
The price is 1000€ Kaltmiete + 150€ Betriebskosten per month (water, insurances, cable TV connection, waste etc.).
On top of this price should be added the electricity and the heating that depends on the own consume (I usually pay around 50 euro per month for the both) anyway you can steer the heating since the flat got its own private and programmable heating system. 
The management of the whole building is top notch, since the majority of the people who live there are owners, this means that the building it’s clean and tidy and the hausmeister is always there to help.
