gemütliche Hinterhof-Wohnung im schönen Helmholzkiez für 2 Monate im Sommer für 675 Euro im Monat

Ich werde in der Zeit nicht in Berlin sein und möchte meine Whg untervermieten.
Wenn du/ihr Berlin besuch(s)t und keine Lust auf Hotel oder Hostel hast/habt oder aber auf der Suche nach einem eigenen Zuhause bist/seid und vorübergehend eine nette Bleibe such(s)t, von der es weiter gehen kann, dann ist meine kleine süße Wohnung im Helmholzkiez die richtige Wahl. 
Es ist super für jemanden allein, ein Paar oder 2 gute Freunde, die sich ihren Platz in der Wohnung gut aufteilen können. Mehr aber bitte nicht!

Noch was: die Fotos sind veraltet, da ich es liebe umzuräumen und immer wieder etwas zu verändern. Ich lade sie jetzt nicht hoch, sondern würde das im engeren Kontakt über Skype, Whatsapp etc. dann später gern machen. Der erste Eindruck wird vermittelt und vom Flair hat sich nichts verändert ;) Der Balkon und die Aussicht ist noch grüner und noch gemütlicher. Ein perfekter Platz im Sommer.

I will leave Berlin for the summer. Therefore I search for someone or a couple or two friends that wanna share the flat and who is/are interested in subleting my small flat in this time !
My flat is a nice and comfortable place to spend your vacation time if you prefer something more homy and original than a hotel or hostel while you stay in Berlin. Maybe you are even searching for a own place in the city and didn´t get lucky yet. So it would be a nice option to keep on looking and having a place to be.

Something else: the fotos are kind of old, because I like to change and rearrange my little flat once in a while. You get the picture though and I can later on give you some recent pics via skype, whatsapp etc. The balcony is in the moment full of plants, herbs and flowers and the tree in the yard is even bigger and greener. A wonderful place in summer time!
