Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Ergeschoss eines Altbaus im Prenzlauer Berg! Wir sind die aktuelle Mieter und suchen jemand, die diee Wohnung für 01.08 oder früher übernimmt, weil plötzlich haber wir mitbekommen, dass wir in unsere alte Wohnung bleiben können. 

Die Wohnung ist 78 qm und hat drei Zimmer: zwei etwa gleich große Zimmer, eins zur Straße und eins zum ruhigen Hof, und eine grössere Zimmer zur Strasse, das als Wohnzimmer am Besten geeignet ist.

Ausstattung: gefliestes Wannenbad, Küche mit Herd, Spüle und Fenster, Kammer, hohe Decken im Zimmern, Zentralheizung, Holz-Dielenboden, WG-geeignet, 725 EUR warm (dazu kommen Strom und Gas)

We are looking for a new tenant for our 3-room flat in the ground floor of an old-style building in Prenzlauer Berg. We are the current tenants and we would like for someone to take the apartment from the 01.08 or earlier, because we suddenly were informed that we can stay in the place we live now and would like to avoid moving.

The flat is 78 qm and has 3 rooms: 2 of almost the same size, one looking to the courtyard and one towards the street, and a bigger one that looks towards the street and ist best suited as a living room.

The kitchen comes with a stove and a sink. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is an extra room that can be used as a walk-in closet. The floors are wooden, and the ceiling high in the bedrooms. The price is 725 EUR, but the heating and electricity are additional.
