Nice, spacious, and stylish loft apartment in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg, in 5 minutes to Kollwitzplatz with nice saturday organic market, Mauerpark for Sundays flea market, karaoke and public drinking, Kastanienallee is a street full of restaurants and bars and the Torstrasse. Also there are many yoga, massage, physical and inner treatments studio in walking distance.
The apartment has one bedroom, one balcony and a equipped new kitchen, a bathroom with a power shower. There is also high speed wifi.
The apartment sleeps 2 people comfortably with a separate main bedroom.
The apartment has very easy access to public transport with Schonhauser Allee S/U and Tram stations where are located within 5 minutes walk. So very easy access to the center of Berlin. A good supermarket, bakery and stylish cafe´s and restaurants are also 3 minutes walking distance.
This is an exciting location and a spacious and peaceful apartment.

+ We reserve us the right to charge an additional cleaning fee at checkout if the apartment is overly polluted.
+ A deposit in cash and a copy of your passport is requested at check-in
+ Check-in from 15:00
+ Check-out at 9:00 for deposit and you can leave before 12:00
+ Late Check-in (after 22.00), extra charge of 10 euros per started hour at check-in by cash.
+ Late Check-out (12:00 - 19:00), extra charge of 35 Euros.
